Rain couldn't keep our OPA Champions away from the Annual Day of Service!
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, over 100 members of the OPA community participated in the Arbor Day celebration with the City of Mission Viejo. As part of our Champion Profile and the Civic Engagement competency, champions are encouraged to engage in activities that make a positive difference in their community. Our Annual Day of Service allows our champions to actively practice service-learning while giving back to their community.
Participants planted trees and shrubs along a section of the Oso Creek Trail. Once complete, they received sandwiches, ice cream, and 20 PBIS points as a reward for their hard work!
