Paul Kagoo is currently the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Western Digital Corporation. Prior to this, he served in management roles with McKinsey & Co. and at Englekirk Structural Engineers. He is a registered Structural and Civil Engineer in California and is also a United States Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. He has taught undergraduate students at Cal Poly Pomona and also volunteers at the Paul Merage School of Business at UCI. He is a proven team leader and capable of driving change through complex, data- based problem solving to create effective solutions for business growth.
Born and raised in India, Paul received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and then moved to Irvine where he received his Master of Science from the University of California, Irvine. He has an MBA from INSEAD Business School. He feels fortunate to have spent time living on three difference continents as it has significantly shaped his world vision.
Passionate about volunteering, Paul has served as a pro bono consultant with the Orange County Community Foundation, as a Catholic detention ministry volunteer for the Orange County Detention Center, as well as a variety of other community volunteer roles. He already serves on the Board of the Orange County Community Foundation and on the advisory board of the Executive MBA program at Leavy School of Business at Santa Clara University. Paul lives with his wife Terrina and son Noel in Foothill Ranch. Noel is currently studying at the South Orange County Campus of OPA. Paul joins the board excited to partner with the current board and staff to shepherd OPA to its next frontier of growth responsibly but aspirationally.

Mrs. Travis has more than two decades of success in providing leadership and guidance to non-profit institutions.
She has significant experience with strategic planning, board governance, and the implementation of policies and programs. She is also a seasoned major gift fundraiser and is a strong steward for fiscal responsibility.
In joining the board, Mrs. Travis will apply her expertise to help OPA improve, prosper, and grow in fulfilling its educational mission. As the parent of three children at the Saddleback Valley campus in Lake Forest, she is passionate about OPA’s future.
Mrs. Travis has a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development from Chapman University and Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and International Relations from Pepperdine University.

Mrs. Agarwal is currently a stay-at-home mother of two children. She brings extensive knowledge of OPA from a parent volunteer perspective and over ten years of professional work experience. Mrs. Agarwal worked professionally in project management, consulting, and finance roles at large multinational companies such as Ikea, Deloitte Consulting, and Allergan, Inc. In her last role at Allergan, Inc. she was the Head of Finance for the IT department.
Mrs. Agarwal has been a highly engaged and active volunteer at the OPA South Orange County campus since 2011.  Prior to joining the OPA Board of Directors in 2020, she was Honour Society Vice-President of Finance and Operations. She is passionate about OPA and ensuring it provides a best-in-class educational experience for students and providing the tools necessary for teachers to prosper.  In addition to OPA, Mrs. Agarwal is on the Board of Directors for the Saddleback Chapter of the National Charity League. 
Mrs. Agarwal lives in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. with her husband and their two children. Mrs. Agarwal’s children are alumni of OPA SOC. Mrs. Agarwal has a bachelor’s in business management from California State University, Fullerton.

Dr. Smith is an education professional currently working on education reform and special projects at the state-level with the California Community College Chancellor’s Office and Foundation for California Community Colleges. She brings over 10 years of experience in education and workforce development, having worked in both K-12 and postsecondary environments. Her experience includes policy reform, partnership development, program design, and program implementation in array of areas including career technical education, early college programming (dual enrollment/articulation), employment transition services, student outreach, K-16 pathways, transfer, and work-based learning. Dr. Smith also has extensive grant development and project management experience, having successfully acquired, and implemented millions of dollars in federal, state, and private funding.  Continuously learning and pursuing additional education is important to Dr. Smith. She has earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from Sonoma State University, a M.A. in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Adams State University, and an Ed.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership from Kansas State University.
