Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)
The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is the touchstone by which we guide and execute our efforts to educate children. It is comprised of goals that focus our practices and resources to ensure students are academically proficient and socially and emotionally strong when they leave OPA. The LCAP shows the alignment of OPA curriculum, instruction, assessment, and interventions with the eight state priorities.
